Begin by removing your cabinet fronts and any knobs or pulls.  If you want to make your cabinet fronts more decorative, add moulding or beadboard before painting.  Using a paint sprayer to paint your cabinets will create the cleanest finish. Practice on some scrap wood first and make sure you cover all the surfaces you don’t want to paint with plastic sheeting.  Re-install cabinet fronts and replace old cabinet knobs and pulls for a fresh new look.
